No need to print anything. Pull your pass up right on your phone. You can also access
your tailgate pass by logging into your member portal at GameDayFlightCrew.com,
heading to Your Account, then Events. Your pass will be there ready to go.
Select the event you want to attend and complete your ticket purchase.
Your confirmation and QR code will be sent straight to your email.
TAILGATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
EVENT SCHEDULE
GameDay Flight Crew tailgates begin at 9:00 AM and run until approximately 12:30 PM. Times may be adjusted based on game day operations and stadium guidelines.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Your pass includes access to food, music, and tailgate activities. Food is served while supplies last. Early arrival is recommended.
We provide:
• Water, soda, and soft drinks
• Mixers including cranberry juice and orange juice, etc.
• Ice and shared coolers for storage
Alcohol Policy
This is a BYOB tailgate.
• You may bring your own alcohol for personal consumption
• All alcohol must comply with MetLife Stadium rules
• No glass bottles are permitted
• No kegs or large bulk containers
• All attendees must be 21 or older to consume alcohol
• Valid ID is required at all times
We encourage responsible drinking. Anyone showing signs of excessive intoxication or unsafe behavior will be removed from the event without refund.
CLEAN UP & RESPONSIBILITY
All attendees are expected to clean up after themselves. Trash must be placed in designated containers. Respect the space and fellow fans at all times.
WEATHER POLICY
This is a rain or shine event. No refunds or credits will be issued due to weather. In the event of severe or unsafe conditions, organizers may delay, relocate, or cancel portions of the tailgate.
TICKET POLICY
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Entry may be denied or revoked at the discretion of GameDay Flight Crew for any reason. Event access details will be delivered electronically prior to game day.
BEHAVIOR & CONDUCT
Respectful behavior is required at all times. The following will result in removal without refund:
• Excessive intoxication
• Harassment or verbal abuse
• Physical altercations
• Failure to follow staff instructions
Future access may also be restricted.

GameDay Flight Crew reserves the right to update event details, policies, and services at any time to maintain a safe and organized experience.
